MagSRT® by Jigsaw Health was evaluated in the Scottsdale Magnesium Study (SMS), a human clinical trial of 91 participants.
The study measured blood serum magnesium levels, red blood cell magnesium levels, and magnesium deficiency symptoms:
- A significant increase (22%) in blood serum magnesium levels.
- A significant increase (30%) in red blood cell levels.
- A substantial reduction (-63%) in magnesium deficiency symptoms.
The result were published in the Journal of the American College of Nutrition (JACN) in 2018.
