3 Exercises You can do at Your Desk | #MuscleMonday

Or as we like to call it: "Desk-ercise" ;-)

Lance Dreher, PhD ("Doctor Fitness") and Jigsaw's Natalie Ochoa, QC Manager and Certified Health Coach, demonstrate 3 Simple Exercises you can do at your desk.

  1. Squats
  2. Desk Push-ups
  3. Hip Hyperextensions

For best results, complete 2-3 sets of 10 reps per exercise, once or twice daily. The key is to elevate the heart rate and keep the body moving.
