For best results, apply liberally to clean skin, and use after workouts or other exercise activities. Rub the lotion directly onto legs, feet, knees, neck, shoulders, arms, and/or hands, etc. Avoid sensitive areas and mucus membranes.
Each pump is approximately 1mL in volume, with 20mg of Magnesium and 60mg OptiMSM. There are approximately 150 pumps per container.
Each pump is 1mL, and there's approximately 150mLs per bottle. Most people use 2 - 3 pumps per area of application. So if you want to focus on your knees and shoulders, you’ll probably use 4 - 6 pumps per day, which means one bottle will last approximately 3 to 4 weeks if the lotion is applied every day.
No, your skin is very good at self-regulating absorption, therefore overuse is of little concern.
OptiMSM® is an odorless form of organic sulfur. It’s the purest form of MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) available and uses a proprietary, multi-stage, distillation process. MSM is a proven bioavailable source of sulfur and is important for supporting connective tissue, skin health, detoxification, immunity, and healthy metabolism.*
It’s theoretically possible, but we do not recommend this. Here’s why: The Recommended Daily Intake (RDI) for Magnesium is 420mg per day. Each pump of Jigsaw MagRelief™ contains 20mg of Magnesium. So you would need 21 pumps of MagRelief to reach the RDI.
Instead, we recommend using MagRelief for targeting specific areas of your body, such as legs, feet, knees, neck, shoulders, arms, and/or hands, etc. (Avoid sensitive areas and mucus membranes.)
We also recommend that you consider using Jigsaw MagSRT® and/or Jigsaw MagSoothe™ to reach the RDI of 420mg.
